Coke Oven Door Cleaning System UTPSL provides high pressure water jet cleaning system for coke oven door cleaning in steel plants. Complete system consisting of pump motor set with power pack and special Nozzle lancing system delivers High pressure water jet on the profile of coke oven door sealing face such that any slag or scaling deposit on surface creating obstruction in door closing is clearly removed and doors are properly closed and sealed.

De-scaling Systems The scale on steel surface is being produced due to oxidation of base material during re-heating of the billet / material. To prevent this layer from fusing into base material during rolling process, De-scaling system is used. The scale gets loosened when High pressure water jet strikes the surface between scale and base material with high pressure through strategically placed nozzles at different angular positions causing cooling of scale. The loosened scale is washed away with water at High Pressure. GRIT CLEANING SYSTEM Removal of Paint from Paint shop grits is being done manually by the following conventional methods which are time consuming and not effective  Removing the grits from paint booth  Transport the grits from paint booth to a distant place (As it involves lot of pollutions).  Burning / Scrapping the grits  Wash the grits with water  Transport back the grits to paint booth  Fix the grits in the paint booth.

Principle of operation Water jet cleaning machines are designed on the basis of using water at pressure for cleaning of tough surfaces. Plunger pump is used to deliver water at high pressure through specially designed nozzles to meet the cleaning requirements. The flow of water is regulated through regulator valves to meet different flow and pressure requirements with single machine.

Products of intensive research and development, the UTPSL series plunger pumps are designed to achieve high standards of performance and reliability to withstand continuous duty operations & guarantee smooth and trouble free performance.

Triple Screw Pumps with external or internal bearing are available in horizontal or vertical constructions, with or without heating arrangements and have single mechanical seals for shaft sealing. They handle all neutral lubricating liquids,have a compact space saving design and are self priming. Due to the precise manufacture of the screws and their profile, the possibility of getting a high suction lift is ensured.They operate continuously and run noiselessly.

Twin Screw Pumps Twin Screw Pumps are self-priming, double ended positive displacement pumps with external timing gears and bearings. Their design provides complete axial balancing of the rotating elements and eliminates all metal-to-metal contact within the pump, making them suitable for dry running. In addition with extremely low NPSH requirement they are ideally suited for decanting applications. Principle of operation Twin Screw Pumps consist of one set of shafts-one driving and one driven with two screws mounted and keyed onto each shaft.The liquid entering the pump is divided into two parts each part going to outer end of screws.

Single Screw Pumps Operating Pressure up to 24 Bars. Maximum Flow 200 M3/Hr. Operating temperature up to 150℃ Can Handle Fluid with viscosity up to 1,00,000 Cst. Pumps available with Gland packing or Mechanical seals. Basic Design, Principle Of Operation UTPSL Eccentric Helical Rotor Pumps are Self Priming, Rotary, Valve less Positive Displacement pumps having two pumping elements Rubber Stator and Metallic Rotor.Stator is having helical profile with pitch double to Rotor pitch resulting in cavities, which carry the liquid. EH pumps are basic design pumps with flange connection usually installed horizontally. Inlet and outlet ports can be interchanged by simply changing direction of rotation of motor. Pumps are suitable for drive by Motor/Engine thro Direct Coupling or V' Belt/Pulley. Because of Elastomer Stator, EH pumps are not suitable for dry running.
